For TACCF Members:
• Early Bird: $230 – deadline is 10/31/25
• Regular: $285 – starting 11/1/25
For TACCF Non-Members:
• Early Bird: $370 – deadline is 10/31/25
• Regular: $475 – starting 11/1/25
TACCF Conference Policy
All registration fees are to be paid in full before the conference begins.
100% refund up to 4 weeks before the conference.
50% refund if cancellation is received 2-4 weeks before the conference.
No refund within two weeks of the conference.
TACCF is not responsible for the cancellation policy with the hotel but merely negotiates a lower price for a block of rooms as a benefit to conference attendees. All reservations are made directly with the hotel.
Deadline to make reservations is January 13, 2026. Rooms are $239 plus tax per night.
