Director

(2024-2026)
Brazosport College

As a native of Brazoria County, Texas, Tracee grew up in Brazoria and graduated from West Columbia High School. She is the youngest of six siblings, all girls, and credits her success to her family and friends' love, encouragement, and support.

Upon graduating high school, Tracee moved to Springfield, Missouri, to begin her college career at Evangel University. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Government and a Master of Organizational Leadership degree from Evangel University. In addition, she earned the internationally recognized certification as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).

After graduating from Evangel University, Tracee moved back to Brazoria County and began her professional career working for a United States Congressman for eight years until his retirement. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity was the springboard to a fulfilling career serving her community. Entering the non-profit sector was a perfect fit for Tracee and provided her the confidence of knowing she is helping to make a difference in the lives of our community members.

Tracee joined the Brazosport College family in 2016 as a Development Officer for the Brazosport College Foundation and became the Vice President of College Advancement in 2019.

Residing in Lake Jackson, Tracee is married to Jon Watts and has three bonus children, Eric, Cory, Marissa, and one granddaughter, Lila.

Tracee enjoys spending time with family and friends, working in the yard, and shopping – especially for shoes! Tracee and Jon are members of the Brazos Pointe Fellowship. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for TACCF, Tracee is also a member of the Brazosport Bluebonnet Cloggers, the Evangel University Auxiliary, the Evangel Alumni Council,  and the Alpha Chi National Honors Society.
